Hello autumn! I am not sure that I am ever ready for you but here you are with your yellowing leaves. Here are some photographs of what I've been finding at the market and cooking.
The farmers market in Stockholm is filled with lovely veg this time of year. Have you ever seen a more beautiful pumpkin? And whoever finds freshly grown ginger??? It is most juicy and fresh. And rainbow radishes! And rainbow carrots! I have been enjoying purple kale weekly, buying it especially for those antioxidants anthocyanins.
